Hall Charges from 1st April 2011

 

                                   

Main Hall - Bar area – Kitchen                        £15 per hour or part thereof

Bar area – upstairs room                               £12  per hour or part thereof

Set-up charges will be at ½ the hourly rate

 

Special bookings

Private parties/dances/events on Friday and Saturday evenings  £70

 

Charity evening (not party/dance)                  £60

 

W. I. annual charity evening                            Standard charge x 50%

 

W. I. meeting                                                  £30

 

New Years Eve                                               £100

 

A returnable deposit of £100 is required for all evening parties/dances

 

Special low impact daytime rate (9am – 5pm) £60 per day – by agreement

 

 

The Village Hall is a no smoking establishment and all users are asked to respect this condition.

 

All invoices must be paid in full prior to the event taking place.

Regular users may be entitled to a key to the building.  Unless alternative arrangements have been made, they will be responsible for opening up the building, making the room available for their requirements, replacing all furniture after use and securing the building when they leave.

 

All users are required to remove all items of rubbish from the Hall. Additional charges may apply if these conditions are not met. 

 

If the premises user intends to sell alcohol by retail then a temporary events licence must be obtained from Macclesfield Borough Council and shown to the caretaker on collection of the key.
